Fisaldo 2023 reaches the figures prior to the pandemic by registering more than 23,000 visitors from Wednesday May 31 to today, June 4, when the Opportunities Fair has closed its 23rd edition. This increase in visitors translates into more business volume, which consolidates Fisaldo as a meeting point for small and medium businesses in Gran Canaria and a dynamic event for the local economy.
The special prices and the wide variety of offer, with exhibitors of fashion, footwear, swimwear, accessories, children’s fashion, furniture, household appliances, entertainment, beauty and perfumery, among other sectors, have called thousands of buyers to discover Fisaldo’s proposals, and save money with your purchases at Infecar.
The technical coordinator of Economic Development, Energy Sovereignty, Climate and Knowledge of the Cabildo de Gran Canaria, Raúl García Brink, has confessed that he is «very satisfied with the results» of this 23rd edition of Fisaldo, where citizens «have been able to find bargains that are difficult to find obtain during the season”, in an appointment that is “the opportunity to find that sought-after product at a special price”.
Raúl García Brink has celebrated «the great participation and volume of visitors in this edition» which has been «spectacular», which means «more than meeting the objectives set for Fisaldo 2023» which was «recovering the pulse after the pandemic». With the figures reached after these 5 days of shopping, «Fisaldo is consolidated with a great response from the public» and this is confirmed by the participating exhibitors who have been very satisfied with the level of sales, he said.
This has been confirmed by the business community that has opted for Fisaldo, such as Yaret Jacobo de la Nuez, from Cofabe, which has been released for the first time in this edition and is «very happy with the sales», since they have exceeded their forecasts both in bedding products, pillows, as well as mattresses and sofas. Lola Romero-Girón, from the exhibitor Lolita Pluma, had participated by sharing space and this year she has chosen to have her own. «This year there have been more people and they are more encouraged to buy,» she said. Chains and anklets for the summer have been the best-selling products.
This Opportunities Fair has also welcomed a sector that is trending, that of caravan camping. At Fisaldo 2023, shopping and entertainment have gone hand in hand, with a gastronomic area with 7 food-trucks that have been fully booked and have been the ideal place to recharge energy.
