MEXICO CITY, May 16, (CDMX MAGACÍN).— Given the decision of the mayor of Benito Juárez, Santiago Taboada, to make the use of face masks mandatory in the demarcation, the Blindar BJ Proximity Team handed out thousands of face masks for free in public markets, to comply with the "It's Time to Take Care of All of Us" plan.This work, which is part of the health emergency plan for COVID-19, was carried out in the Portales, Mixcoac, Álamos, San Pedro de Los Pinos and Independencia neighborhoods, and was delivered to neighbors and the general population.The authorities of the Mayor's Office, at the time of delivering the face masks, urged the population to stay at home and use protection, when they have to go out to carry out an essential activity.The Armor BJ Proximity Team of Urban Services carries out permanent disinfection days in the supply centers that are in the demarcation as a preventive measure to prevent the spread of the virus between users and tenants.
