GLEN ALLEN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dynex Capital, Inc. (NYSE: DX) announced today that it will pay a dividend of $0.29 per common share for the second quarter of 2012 on July 31, 2012 to shareholders of record on July 6, 2012. The $0.29 dividend represents a $0.01 increase per common share from the first quarter.
